You can pay through cash on delivery mode, when the medicines are delivered at your doorstep.
No, we do not charge you anything to provide the service however, the order should not be less than Rs 250.
Our registered users can get the free educational newsletters on keeping the good health. We give priority to our registered users when the orders are placed. Moreover, our registered users can avail the free ambulance service at the time of emergency with expedited medical attention.
You can co-ordinate with us through an email once we provide you the confirmation of the order. You can inform us about your unavailability. In turn, we will provide you the contact number of your local pharmacist and you can co-ordinate with him to get the medicines delivered. Or else you can assign your neighbour to receive the parcel.

Yes, we provide you the medicines even that are not available to your nearby pharmacists. However, certain medicines can be availed only if you upload the prescription or get it confirmed at the time of delivery.
Yes, we do exchange if the wrong medicines are delivered to you. Nonetheless, the medicines should be in the appropriate condition in order to get them exchanged as well as the exchange-request should be made by you within 24 hours of the delivery.
